Fine Arts Center Box Office

Q: What are the box office hours? 
Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 12 noon and 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. The Box Office will open 60 minutes prior to each event. Please note: Tickets not claimed at the Box Office 10 minutes prior to curtain will be released to the general public. 

Q: Is there nearby parking? 
The Fine Arts Center parking lot is located just south of the center over the railroad tracks, with entrance from Grant Ave. If this lot is full, street parking is available north and east of the center. 

Q: Is the Fine Arts Center handicap accessible? 
Salter Concert Hall, Ball Theater, Korb Classroom are all wheelchair accessible. The Experimental Theater, located downstairs, is not wheelchair accessible. 皇冠足球比分_澳门皇冠体育-在线|平台@ apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 

Q: How much does it cost for admission? 
There is no cost for admission to any event in the Fine Arts Center. However, tickets are required for all Visiting Artist Events and Theater Productions. Music concerts, art gallery exhibits and rhetoric events are not ticketed. 

Q: Can I make a donation? 
You will have an opportunity to make a gift to the Wabash College Annual Fund and support the arts after reserving tickets.  You can also make a donation by visiting our giving page.

Q: Are the Visiting Artist Series events and theater productions family friendly? 
The age appropriateness of each VAS event and theater production varies,and general guidance will be listed for each individual event when reserving tickets. It is always best to research the artist or production prior to reserving your tickets. 

Q: Are there reserved seats?
All tickets are general admission.

Q: Are tickets required for art exhibits and music concerts? 
No, however the only exception is if the exhibit or concert is part of the Visiting Artist Series. 

Q: How do I update my ticket reservations? (e.g. adding tickets, cancelling tickets, changing the date of the performance etc.)

Contact the Box Office. 

Q: What’s the maximum number of tickets I can reserve for a single performance? 
Eight tickets per person.

Q: I lost the email with my ticket.  How do I get another one? 
Contact the box office for a new ticket to be emailed to you. Please do not go back into the system to reserve a replacement ticket.

Q: I can’t print my ticket(s) at home and I don’t have a smart phone; what do I do? 
Your tickets will be printed for you upon checking in at the box office the night of the performance. 

Q: I do not have email, how do I reserve tickets? 
Contact the box office to reserve your tickets. They will be printed when you check in the night of the performance.

Q: Will I be notified for any alerts such as cancellations or modifications of event details? 
Yes, once you have submitted your ticket reservation your contact information will be on file and you will receive special alert notifications if there are event changes. 

Q: How private is my information once entered into the online ticketing database?
The ticket reservation form is encrypted using SSL encryption to ensure that the connection between your web browser and our server is private and secure.  For general privacy information on how we handle your personal information, see our privacy policy.
